Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to join our digital marketing agency. In this role, you will play a key role in driving growth and expanding our client base. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and negotiating contracts.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive growth and expand the client base
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the digital marketing industry
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through regular communication and relationship building activities
• Prepare and present proposals and presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating the agency’s services and capabilities
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure new business
• Collaborate with the agency’s internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and meet client expectations
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, and regularly share insights and ideas with the team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or related role, with a focus on the digital marketing industry
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Excellent relationship building and networking abilities
• Ability to think creatively and identify new business opportunities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects at once
